Totemic’s story starts back in 2012. A time where getting imported medical quality seeds past customs was virtually impossible and cost us thousands in losses. A seed gift from a fellow grower, set in motion a breeding initiative to preserve and share the genetics.

This has grown into a passion for exploring and advancing the genome, breeding world class plants, promoting all things cannabis, and doing their bit to help free the plant.

They decided to establish Totemic Cannacraft as a company in 2020 to formalize their commitment to research and development of Cannabis and other medicinal herbs in South Africa.
